There are those times when we give up and feel sorry for ourselves because our minds are cluttered with paralyzing thoughts that keep us from living fully. Maybe it's time to sweep our heads clean and finally break free of that inertia.

Yes, a thorough cleaning of your head in order to make room for a healthier mind and to find, at the same time, your vitality and your good mood! If you live in a hemisphere with a milder climate, you are probably not subject to the apathy that strikes the inhabitants of the northern hemisphere during the winter. However, that doesn't mean you're immune to the occasional dark thought. It's time for you to clean up your negative thoughts and stop brooding.

You will have to decondition yourself from the melodrama and influence yourself positively by creating a framework favorable to the construction of a more realistic perception of the situation. Reframing your thoughts consists in finding an alternative and positive interpretation of what you have experienced or what you are going through.
